Incoming Inspection
Raw materials and components are tested against defined acceptance criteria before entering the production line. Non-conforming inputs are quarantined and rejected.

In-Process QC
Critical parameters — dimensional, functional, and sterility-related — are monitored at defined intervals throughout manufacturing to ensure process stability.

Pre-Dispatch Release
Finished goods undergo final batch testing, visual inspection, and packaging integrity verification. Each batch is released only on QC sign-off.

Export Documentation
Each shipment is accompanied by a full regulatory package: Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Conformance, and destination-specific certificates as required.
